Pea & Egg Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
25g peas
6 eggs
Little feta cheese
Method
- Grease the holes of a muffin tray and gently cook the peas.
- Beat the eggs and stir in the peas and feta. Pour into the holes and bake doe 15 mins until the eggs are firm.
Children who are not permitted eggs will have their dish prepared with a vegan alternative .
